A Lightbody path for those traveling home An E-course designed to facilitate the awakening into unity consciousness.

INTRODUCTION

Lightbody is the body of Divine Light that unfolds within us all as we surrender the consciousness of ego separation, and merge with and embody unity consciousness, . This Lightbody path is a psycho/spiritual path for those who know that there are as many ways home to Divine Self as there are individuals.

The intent of this Lightbody path is to honor the free will and uniqueness of the spiritual traveler by offering ideas and practices designed to facilitate each person in unveiling and following his/her own unique journey home to the unconditioned awareness of Divine I AM Presence. It is a path, like all true spiritual paths, that recognizes not only that there is no where to go since the one Divine Self is here now, but also that unity consciousness, once accessed, is simultaneously both absolute fulfillment and the beginning of a continually deepening process.

This Lightbody path unfolds the union of spirit and body, the embodiment of unity consciousness by inviting a marriage of the greater frequencies of Light, the grace of Divine Presence, that is increasingly flooding the earth, with some of the core insights of depth psychology to facilitate the dissolution of ego separation and suffering through alignment with and embodiment of Oneness.

The path moves by way of written papers, exercises, and audio meditations together with the daily Light meditations, outlined in the first passage of the Lightbody journey, and, for those who choose, long distance or hands on oneness blessings. (See Free Oneness Blessings) .

This is an ascension path inasmuch as it enables ego consciousness to relinquish the poverty and limitation of separation from the one Self that we are, and ascend into the bliss, intelligence and peace of unity consciousness. However authentic ascension involves descension. In order to awaken into and stabilize unity consciousness it is necessary to descend into the depths of the unconscious to embrace the hidden and neglected pockets of being so that they may be offered into the hearth of the heart and, thereby, healed and transmuted by the fire of Divine Presence. It is also necessary to invite unity consciousness to embody Itself throughout the whole spectrum of our being: to ground Itself fully, for example, in the heart as unconditional love and in the body as Divine life..

This Lightbody path was birthed by a dream:

The dreamer meets a male friend and watches in astonishment as his body dissolves, unveiling an unknown man. Observing this stranger with curiosity, the dreamer notices that his body is also transmuting; melting into clear light. This light being invites the dreamer to merge with it so that together they might journey to the source of creation, the one Light. As they ascend and expand, the forms and images of earth dissolve, transmuting the dreamer and the light being into finer and more radiant frequencies of light. Finally they are pure and light enough to surrender all separation and dissolve into the unlimited creativity of the One Light of All That Is - the source of creation. Here the dreamer rests, celebrating her return home. She is eager to remain, but the Light has a different design for her. "You need to return to earth", it says. "You need to teach Lightbody and communicate the Living language of the Light, the creative language of the Oneness." The dreamer turns her attention towards the earth and feels increasing density enveloping her heart of oneness as she approaches the threshold of the human world. She pauses for a moment before crossing over into earth to observe the world she is poised to reenter. She hears human languages being spoken around the world; and is shocked by the lifelessness of these words compared to the Living language of Light."

Although, like many inner paths, this Lightbody path relies on words, its essence cannot be found in Earth words, but in the stillness between them, in the transcendent I AM Presence that the words are intended to unveil. For earth words are husks of the true language of the Light, pointers to truth, rather than truth itself. At best they can lead consciousness to the threshold of the Light. Only in silence can we cross over into the land of Divine essence and truth. Only in silence can we hear and communicate the living language of Light, embody and express the Light of I AM. This Lightbody path offers the words of written papers, exercises and audio meditations to prepare the mind and heart for Divine realization and embodiment. This transcendent experience itself is birthed and strengthened by way of the silent daily Light intentions and infusions outlined in the first passage of this Lightbody Path..

Twenty years after the dream introduction to Lightbody a waking vision announced that the time had arrived to offer the Lightbody path to larger numbers of people.

During a morning meditation in a room overlooking Mount Shasta in California, a powerful, loving, radiant, blue/white presence appeared, announcing itself as the Archangel Michael. This angelic presence revealed a web of Divine Light encircling the globe, and described it as the Christ consciousness Light - the Light of unity consciousness that embraces and includes all creation.. The angelic presence went on to explain that now that this web of Light is in place encircling the earth, it is time for individuals and groups across the globe to embody this Light of Divine Oneness so that this new unity consciousness of peace and unconditional love can replace the dying ego-based consciousness of suffering, separation and conflict.

A second vision occurred a few months later. During this long waking vision, lasting for about one hour and forty five minutes, the Archangel Michael consciousness emphasized that it is essential that those people around the earth who are dedicated to birthing the new unity consciousness not limit themselves to merely hearing the teachings of this angelic presence, but, instead, fully embody unity consciousness so that, together with thousands of other awakening beings, they may birth the new golden age of oneness and playful co-creation. The angelic presence then demonstrated this process of awakening by gradually aligning the energy field of the individual visionary with the energy of unity consciousness; and thereby, for the duration of the vision, melting separate ego consciousness into the unconditioned awareness of unity consciousness anchored in transpersonal love.

This Lightbody path to Divine Self-realization honors and reflects the interdependence of all bodies - the spiritual, psychological and physical, as well as the interdependence of all living beings, including the Earth. It recognizes that without psychological healing, we are unable accurately to receive and reflect Divine essence; without conscious relationship with the spiritual presence of Divine Self, there can be no absolute psychological fulfillment and heart awakening; and without a loving relationship with the physical, the unity consciousness of Higher Self cannot be grounded in individual body, nor participate in the healing and transformation of our greater body, the earth.

This path offers insights and practices that gracefully enable the transformation of personal mind into the unconditioned mind of Higher Self and personal emotional heart into the transpersonal heart of unconditional love. It is designed to unveil and embody the experience of the oneness that includes all opposites; the causeless love that embraces and includes All That Is;; and the wisdom, creativity and immortal life of Source.

Since the intention of this path is to facilitate the unique and organic unfolding of each person's Divine seed, rather than to impose a spiritual dogma on the traveler, we see ourselves more as midwives of Lightbody than as teachers or guides. Since we know from our own experience of Lightbody unfolding that each soul travels his/her own way back to the one Self, our intention for this path is sensitively to celebrate the uniqueness of each traveler; and, as soul gardeners, simply to facilitate him/her in listening to and respecting the innate wisdom and guidance of her/his heart so that it may shed separation and awaken into unity consciousness..

We offer this path trusting in the discernment of you, the traveler. If anything in the content, essence or practice of the path does not feel true to the core of your heart, we ask and encourage you to share this with us, and if necessary, to sever your relationship with this path. Above all, it is our intent to support you in finding your soul's way to truth, rather than imposing a new set of concepts or beliefs.

This lightbody path unfolds by inviting darkness, density and unconsciousness up into the Light of consciousness, and simultaneously by inviting and allowing the Light of unity consciousness down into the darkness and density of mind, heart and body. Through this marriage of Heaven and Earth, through unveiling the darkness and embodying the Light, consciousness relinquishes the suffering of separation and awakens its true identity as All That Is both the One and the many and the many faces of the One.

Due to this twofold ascension/descension process, this Lightbody path offers a more graceful, faster and joyous way of accessing and transforming psychological issues and suffering than is usually possible within the limits of most forms of contemporary psychotherapy. It recognizes that, since all is energy, the higher vibrations of Light and love spontaneously transform the lower vibrations of pain, density and darkness once the light and the dark are unconditionally welcomed and accepted into relationship with each other. Like a fire transforming wood, or the sun melting ice, lighter energies inevitably transform denser ones.

The underlying premise of this Lightbody path is that each of us is one hundred percent responsible for our experience. There is therefore no space on this path for blame: no room for victims. We recognize that as human beings we have, in each moment, the freedom to choose our attitude, thoughts, and feelings towards each experience.

This is a living path. All the written material is distilled personal experience. Due to the nature of the World Wide Web, none of the essays, exercises and meditations are necessarily cast in stone. While the essence, focus and intent of this path is likely to remain constant, as we grow, unfold and learn from your experience as well as our own, the nature of the written and spoken material may change, simplify and deepen. So someone traveling this Lightbody path today may receive somewhat different material than someone else traveling this path next year.

It is a fundamental premise of this path that global events including the health of the earth, even weather patterns, reflect human consciousness. As we heal the war within, birthing love and unity consciousness in place of fear, dualism and conflict, then the humanity and the Earth will find peace, love, prosperity and renewal, .

While this Lightbody path requires a dedicated commitment to Divine Presence and the willingness to live that commitment in daily psychological and spiritual practices, the spirit of the path is intended to be warm, loving and, above all, light-hearted. According to an ancient Hawaiian legend we fell from paradise when we began to take ourselves and our lives too seriously. Ego consciousness usually takes itself very seriously. Suffering tends to feel serious to the ego. Many spiritual paths, or at least their followers, also take themselves very seriously. In contrast, the Light and its heart of love are soft, lighthearted and playful. Inasmuch as we can be the loving witnesses of our unfolding, rather than identifying with the dramas of the physical and emotional body, we can live playfully, with the spontaneity and joy of young children, whether we are filling out tax forms, writing symphonies or practicing profound meditations. With playful, relaxed vigilance we can allow the Light and unconditional love to dissolve the hardness and illusion of ego separation and allow separate consciousness to melt back into joyful Divine oneness and co-creation.
